“I personally watched my neighbor break down and cry with how well this company processed her towing claim. Her tears of gratitude and thankfulness was very touching. The driver was appropriately dressed, friendly but highly professional and very well trained in his job. The day before, she was unfortunate enough to be in queu with a Marion County tow company that ended up in sheriff calls and a stolen vehicle as well as being inappropriately spoken to and touched by that driver who was inappropriate in all areas of his job.When the driver arrived from Eustis Amoco it had been pouring rain since midnight and although he was soaked, and in pouring rain currently, it did not divert his job. He drove down 140 feet to see where he should drop her truck, and then he backed out another 140 feet to turn around, and then backed down again 160 feet to drop the truck exactly where the only actual parking space was left in her driveway.He did not know anything about the towing company the day before and knew his job well, and had no physical problems doing it, nor did he have an attitude. He was highly professional and let her know that she could request his company specifically for any future towing needs from Triple A.Eustis Amoco hires quality drivers and in no way did a lone female have to worry about anything. Be careful of these other companies who hire anyone off the street.”

“Had locked the keys in our Toyota Tundra,which are known for difficult entry with several other towing services.However,this young gentleman ( MY APOLOGIES I FORGOT YOUR NAME, CHERRY LANE MOUNT DORA )was extremely knowledgeable and retrieved the keys which were in the cup holder under tons of cords. Unfortunately, my husband locks them in the vehicle often, this was the quickest time of entry by far! My sincerest gratitude! Very friendly,knowledgeable and lighting fast!”

“I had an old 24' box truck that I needed to get out of storage. Talked to the tow truck driver Tommy who gave me a reasonable price and did a great job. He even had a chainsaw and cut down a couple branches that were in the way and chopped them into small pieces. Great guy,easy to talk to,conscientious and careful. I would always call Tommy at Almands if I need something towed. It was the best towing experience ever.”
