“I took my car here because of all the positive comments. They staff is very friendly. I LOVE my car and was really concerned about the color match and seeing wavy spots after repairs. I can say that no matter how hard a stare at car and look at different angles it looks good.The only minor critiques are that they send you a link to an app to check status of car, but no one updates it so it is not helpful. My car was delayed for a few days and over the week, but I was able to work around it because I work from home and use ride share services. I wasn't thrilled the last day as they called me in the am to say that the car was ready and being detailed. I waited all day and no call. Finally at 4:00 I just headed over as I was running out of time to Uber there. It took them a while to get the paperwork and key found, but the car was out front ready to go.The minor inconveniences aside, the people were great, the repair looks great and I would go back again, but hope I don't need to.”

“I personally watched my neighbor break down and cry with how well this company processed her towing claim. Her tears of gratitude and thankfulness was very touching. The driver was appropriately dressed, friendly but highly professional and very well trained in his job. The day before, she was unfortunate enough to be in queu with a Marion County tow company that ended up in sheriff calls and a stolen vehicle as well as being inappropriately spoken to and touched by that driver who was inappropriate in all areas of his job.When the driver arrived from Eustis Amoco it had been pouring rain since midnight and although he was soaked, and in pouring rain currently, it did not divert his job. He drove down 140 feet to see where he should drop her truck, and then he backed out another 140 feet to turn around, and then backed down again 160 feet to drop the truck exactly where the only actual parking space was left in her driveway.He did not know anything about the towing company the day before and knew his job well, and had no physical problems doing it, nor did he have an attitude. He was highly professional and let her know that she could request his company specifically for any future towing needs from Triple A.Eustis Amoco hires quality drivers and in no way did a lone female have to worry about anything. Be careful of these other companies who hire anyone off the street.”

“Took a shot bringing my 1978 MGB here because my former mechanic retired, and this shop is close to my house. The car was running very rough after sitting for a couple of months. I explained everything that had happened to Tom. He immediately formed a plan to correct the issue(s) and went over it with me. Communication and follow-through were great. The car was repaired according to the plan (they even found an additional issue that was fixed as well), the price was fair, and my little toy was back on the road in no time. Couldn't be more pleased to have found this shop.”

Thank goodness I was raised working on cars and knew a bit more than they thought. I just couldn’t figure out this problem. I even had someone tell me I needed a new motor. I initially had a conversation with Edwin and he knew exactly what the problem was (common 3.6 issue).
