“With poor judgement, I Took my Acura to the fountain Acura dealership close by , I had oil codes blinking. I was 20 miles from Mirs. The Acura diagnosis was sensor and oil pressure pump ( pump by sight not diagnostics) $2400 estimate — I ran from that scam. Went to Mirs - dignostics = sensor ( no pump ) prob fixed $250 been going to Mirs for 20 years …. Hadn’t been out there to be take advantage of in 20 years …. Mirs will fix your cqr like they would their own. They are more full service than most dealers Reinforces my dcn to only use Mirs. Go see for yourself… go see Jeff and Dylan … talk with their techs — Honesty and integrity will make u a long timer like me”

“Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. I finally found an honest mechanic lolSo I went to Autozone to check my battery and they said it was weak so I called Enver to purchase a new battery and install and he said I don't need a new battery everything is fine. So he could've said he replaced it and charged me full price and I never would've known...but he didn't. I was blessed to find this business as I searched for a mechanic to look at my 2015 BMW 320I. The convivence to my place of employment made it a great choice, just was hoping the service would be a pleasant experience, it 100% was. The owner of Master Car should know he is in great hands with his chosen staff and Thiago at the helm. Upon your visit, you will be welcomed and treated as a valued customer, rarely happens anymore. You will find Thiago tentative to your concerns, and his team of mechanics pleasant as they speak with you as they pass by. Now lets get to quotes, this was where they stand out. Hit with the potential of having my cost for repair to sky rocket into the several thousands range, based on another quote from an import mechanic shop, I truly wasn't in a position to pay the cost quoted, labor being off the charts. Receiving my quote from Thiago was God sent! his quote for labor was welcomed and fair, his communication and updated video and photographs throughout the repairs were so appreciated, truly knew I was getting repairs done as quoted. I never knew of this business or met Thiago, he will always be a valued friend from this experience on, and I will always recommend this place of business as a preferred place for mechanical services.”
