βThis place has changed fuel prices in the area for the better and for the lucky people that know they will randomly drop there prices to unbelievable low for a bit also when the area has impacting events they have actually givin free gas imagine that a business not making money to help people ? hats off to yallβ
βMy van broke down on a Saturday just outside of Chiefland, FL while towing a popup camper back to Tampa, loaded with camping gear, the family and a dog. All the staff at Val's were very helpful. they helped us find a towing service, stored our camper, identified the root cause of the breakdown and performed the repairs for a fair price.β
βI will definitely give Wilson a five star rating! They were able to get to us within a reasonable time after the hurricane Helene and I appreciate the professionalism of our delivery driver. Even though his team was obviously working double shifts for a couple of weeks after the storm, he was courteous, professional, and even explained some of the safety features for me. Would highly recommend this company.β
βBeen shopping here since the 90's. Easy to get to and close to home. They have good sandwiches and good prices. Can get what I need without driving into town. Owners are and employees are always nice and friendly. Keep up the good workβ

βSo yesterday 8/24/2023, I went to Murphy’s to get gas and this little blonde girl named Rose came out to help me( mind you I am 76 years old and handicapped) pump gas, very sweet girl excellent customer service. She came out with a smile and had absolutely no problem helping me. You have a terrific employee.β

βThe best price - by a penny, but I'll take it - for fuel in the area today.
The parking lot is tight but fortunately the pseudo-monster trucks didn't need to use the actual parking spaces as they made their own in the driving areas.
The pump worked (not always a given) with a fast tap to pay feature. The lot looks run down, but such is the case with many gas stations over a particular age.
Overall, we had no problems and were able to fuel efficiently without running inside.β

βNice clean store. Came in today for some road snacks and to use the bathroom. Bathroom is clean and stocked well. Snacks are pretty much same price as you would find at any gas station. Good experience. Happy we stopped in, and we were back in the road quickly.β

βI had a terrific visit to this gas station. I stopped in cause I had to send a playlist for military radio and the employees understood and let me do a show in their parking lot. I am also on mission marching for Global Peace for the United States Military on my 6th March in my career. Thank u to this store for ur donation of ur location and for the coffee. It is very much appreciated. Big big love to this chain of family members and thank u to Theo for being so cool. Not many places will just let u show up and do a show but y'all rock. Employee attitudes: The Gentleman on duty that was working when I arrived was very friendly and very helpful. Very good customer service and a very hard worker.

Vapes, pre rolls, gummies and flower.Β I was really impressed by the shop. I felt like I was in an actual full smoke shop inside the gas station. All the products are secured behind glass displays and everything it's priced with colorful price tags
8. Atmosphere of store: I arrived at 2 am but the store has a very calm, peaceful feel to it. Really loved the music they were playing which was a mix of reggae. It really gives the store a good vibe when u come in.
9 cleanliness of store: Store is very clean, shelves and coolers are stocked
10. Do they carry Tobacco products and it's it displayed properly?: Yes, the store has a very impressive tobacco display. Which is located behind the counter and all of the products are priced.
Score: 9 out of 10
reason for score: I scored a 9 out of 10 only because the marquee sign is down but they are still renovating. Customers who came in seemed happy and content with their purchases and I heard no complaints. Store is open 24 hours which is a huge plus for their location as they are the only one. Congratulations on a passing score and welcome to the family.
