“Red is an outstanding customer service representativeas is Ben. He ensured my dog had water and helped figure out what my broken down El Camino needed in order to get me back on the road again. Thankfully, I was able to get my car in order and my journey to continue. It would not have been possible without Red going above and beyond to source parts not located in the store. I'm very thankful to have been able to limp my vehicle here to be able to work on it with a knowledgeable team ready and willing to help. They even made sure to tell the town cop to ensure protection of my vehicle overnight. You can not ask for better service and it is rare to find it.”

“I needed a battery. The gentleman that took care of me did a great job. He looked it up. He pulled the old one out and installed the new one all in about 45 minutes. It was the easiest and most pleasant car repair that I have had done in a long time. I will be going there from now on.”

“This is my favorite auto parts store in the area. The service is great and the employees have a vast knowledge regarding automobiles. I went to sort out some parts for my mom‘s car and the gentleman by the name of Marc was extremely helpful. He not only helped me find the right parts but also helped me install them and gave me tips on how to do it properly. Thanks so much and please keep up the good work!”

“Dawn was great. Got an estimate right away and she was able to squeeze me in two days later for a smushed/dented bumper corner. They did great work and at a very fair price in a quick timeline. Honest too. She initially thought we needed another part when giving me the estimate, ordered it and then said they wound up not needing it, so saved me money too!”

“Arturo truly went above and beyond today! He not only performed complimentary testing on my car and clearly explained what needed attention. He also resolved an issue on the spot with impressive speed. His attitude is always upbeat and welcoming, and his expertise shines every time my husband or I visit for purchases or diagnostics. The rest of the team is terrific as well. Huge thanks to Arturo and everyone at Advance Auto Parts for consistently delivering outstanding service! Bonnie”
