“I purchased a Mustang from Gary Yeomans Ford in Palm Bay, Fl. I specifically told the salesman I have experienced issues at another Ford dealership ,in the area, about them increasing payment that I didn’t authorize after I purchased a new car there. Gary Yeoman dealer was very supportive. I eventually sold and purchased the Mustang there at a price we agreed on. I then later on was quoted a price ( like the other Ford dealership) to pay 200.00 more then we agreed on. I’m not sure what or why these two dealerships increase the monthly payment without my consent. I’ve called the Ford warranty company and they’ve said it’s a third party company who increases the payment. I’ve contacted GYF multiple times, went into the dealership but they haven’t helped or fixed the problem.”

“I had to go there and get a 8 mm deep well socket to get the coil screw out so I can change my spark plugs also bought my plugs there the guy who waited on me actually took the plastic piece out of the socket end he told me to trick is to unscrew it instead of trying to pull it straight out all in all it was all good”
