“What an amazing group of tellers !! It's a small branch but big support and kindness. They get the job done perfectly and with a smile that could melt even a bad day. I appreciate y'all so much. I don't like the atm, but I really appreciate all the tellers, again thank you !!!”

“I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had the task of closing a Trust and the PNC branch at 13035 US Hwy 1 in Sebastian could not have been more supportive. Roxanne Simonetti...I owe you a debt of gratitude...your guidance, knowledge and understanding was remarkable. We will have many years of continued service with PNC because of you. The front line tellers...thank you for putting up with all my issues and making the process flawless. Thank you to Branch Manager, Kim Prado for helping get the process done. I just love ya'll....I will never forget the awesome service. I would recommend anyone to this PNC branch. Thank you again for all your time and understanding.”

“I wanted to thank William Aponte Cruz for his knowledge, patience, and understanding. My father passed recently and I have been trying to help my mom with her accounts. He held out hand ever step of the way, and answered all our questions. Made the process super smooth and simple. I truly appreciate how he treated us both and the patience he had with my mother. Thank you for William I hope your higher ups applaud your professionalism and customer service.”

“This review is specifically for Heather and Amber. We had a complicated banking situation recently and had to open new accounts and close ones. These ladies are not only a pleasure to work with but are also professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this branch location of PNC.”

“Really good place, I get $2 bills $1 coins and 50 cent pieces from here every week. Most times the teller has them in hand once in a while they have to go to the vault and get them. I don't mind the wait, but sometimes it is a little too long to wait for something they should have on hand. I spend them all the time so I am always there, or someone picking them up for me. I have notice more $2 bills and $1 coins being used, and I am getting 2024 minded 50 cent pieces so other people must be doing the same thing as I. Getting these forms of currency and spending them every we go.”
