“Back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro Max was shattered. I got ahold of WeFix Plus through Facebook messenger (super convenient) and got a quote to get it fixed, which was WAY cheaper than Apple. Just picked up my phone and I am super happy with the service. The lady behind the counter was pleasant to deal with and the gentleman who fixed my phone seems to have done a great job. Thanks!”

“If you want kindness, patience \u0026 integrity, this is your location \u0026 Kristina or Quinton are absolutely your sales rep's. Ive been to several tmobile stores, this is the cleanest store with a good vibe \u0026 the most kind \u0026 helpful employees. We had phones we unfortunately purchased at another location with little to no help, ever. We came here when we needed help, so it was a no brainer to purchase our new phones from this location. My husband \u0026 I both recently upgraded our phones \u0026 I was fortunate enough to have Kristina help me \u0026 Quinton helped my husband. Amazingly patient, kind \u0026 so helpful. I just cant recommend them enough. The manager, Maria runs a tight ship here, she supports her staff \u0026 is right out there on the floor to help customers \u0026 her employees. This is the best location in Vero Beach, the best anywhere! The employees at this store excel at their jobs \u0026 are definitely assets to Tmobile! “Went into the store to upgrade my phone. Nathan offered to help my mom and I right away. He was very respectful and helpful. He explained everything he was doing with my phone while setting it up. The only thing we couldn’t do was transfer my apps but that wasn’t his fault! Nathan tried everything before letting me know. He even suggested me updating my old phone and doing a back up and then coming back so he could help me again which was very nice. But again, my old phone was just not cooperating. I honestly don’t mind redownloading my apps so it’s okay!! My new phone is working perfectly. Let me just tell you too, Anthony is also very sweet and a hard worker. I saw him work with the person next to me and he was funny and very focused on what he was doing at the same time. Overall, very good store and amazing employees.”

“Very happy I switched from consumer cellular a couple of weeks ago. Not only do I get better signal but i get live help at the local Cricket office. I make a couple trips to Cricket to get help from Maria, she is always kind and eager to help. This makes a big difference when dealing with people who care.”

“We had to change cell phone carriers as Florida does not have an US Cellular businesses. We met Kira when we went in for pricing. We have been loyal to our carrier for over 20 years. Kira was very helpful. However when we tried to get everything squared away with US Cellular, it was a nightmare. Phones were paid in full but not unlocked in the time frame they stated they would be. Delvin at T-Mobile when out of his way to helps us. We literally had no phones at all until our old carrier unlocked them. Delvin had them call him and had us come back later that day. He walked us through EVERYTHING! Delvin especially and Kira went above and beyond. We got such a great deal! We have never paid so little for phone service. We checked out Verizon and AT&T before making our decision. We have had great service so far with no surprises. I am very happy with how my new service is being handled. T-Mobile is even paying off the majority of our old phones to change to them. Now I am again waiting for US Cellular to do their job and giving me my final bill to submit to T-Mobile. There are fabulous employees at the Sebastian branch. Walter even helped me with a question. Great place!”

“Welcome to 2021.... where there is a wireless store on every corner and you can buy a phone anywhere. BUT- know what you cannot get everywhere? Outstanding customer service. I experienced a problem with my phone and stoped in ( I’m not from the area )- The staff went above and beyond to fix my phone and did it all while I waited. Customer service like what I experienced here is pretty rare these days. I highly recommend d this store for all your phone needs INCLUDING repairs.”
