My IPhone died while at Disney World, my battery is faulty, causing it to randomly turn off. I took it to this shop since they were open on sundays. The worker was very professional and attentive. The battery replacement was going to take 40 minutes. I have a Japanese iPhone 14 Pro which looks like an American iPhone 13. The worker found me in the mall and we discussed the model versions. I showed him my phone settings to verify the version number. Other than that, there were no issues with the battery replacement.

“If you want kindness, patience \u0026 integrity, this is your location \u0026 Kristina or Quinton are absolutely your sales rep's. Ive been to several tmobile stores, this is the cleanest store with a good vibe \u0026 the most kind \u0026 helpful employees. We had phones we unfortunately purchased at another location with little to no help, ever. We came here when we needed help, so it was a no brainer to purchase our new phones from this location. My husband \u0026 I both recently upgraded our phones \u0026 I was fortunate enough to have Kristina help me \u0026 Quinton helped my husband. Amazingly patient, kind \u0026 so helpful. I just cant recommend them enough. The manager, Maria runs a tight ship here, she supports her staff \u0026 is right out there on the floor to help customers \u0026 her employees. “I used to work for 7-11 in Palm Bay , FL I remember another building being here before I also heard a rumor that a 7-11 is being built. in Huntsville, AL and a lot of people in Alabama want 7-11s I also worked at this location 1994 when it was a Mapco and then it became speedway I left the company in 1996”

“Very happy I switched from consumer cellular a couple of weeks ago. Not only do I get better signal but i get live help at the local Cricket office. I make a couple trips to Cricket to get help from Maria, she is always kind and eager to help. This makes a big difference when dealing with people who care.”

“I have never had much luck here neither have my parents. However I wanted to change my mom mom to a newer phone so she had Face ID and it would be easier for her. (I live up north). I spoke with CJ and he was extremely supportive and patient with my mother and I. He helped explain what to do to get my father who recently passed off the count and make my mom the main account. Just a super nice guy, and answered all our questions. He bounce back and forth with trying to help other people as well as us.
