“Our Alegiant flight was only 3.5 hours late this time with no explanation. Arrived at 330am and they stayed late to ensure we had a car. Staff worked together to get everyone through quickly. The manager was right there with them taking customers to the cars and explaining the process. We like renting from Alamo, this one is no different.”

“I can confess that I had a good experience in one of this van called Meza, traveling from Orlando to New York and I can say that I did not have any problems, the van behaved very well, it drives very smoothly and responds very well, the trip was very nice, I recommend it, The only thing I ask of this company is that they have a translator in Spanish at each point so that Latin tourists do not have struggles if they don't even know English. It is very complicated. I had a bad experience in that part.”

“On January 31, 2026 my husband and I opted to rent a vehicle at this Enterprise location. Our flight from Sanford to Asheville had been canceled due to inclement weather. We were greeted promptly by Franusca and explained our situation to her. We inquiried about a one way rental. We were impressed, first that Franusca listened intentively to what we needed. Second, Franusca was both personable and professional. During the process of the rental agreement, she noted that we both shared the same birthday....what are the chances...I might add, One way rentals and returns are usually a difficult process but not this time. Once our paperwork was submitted,
we headed outdoors to choose our vehicle (Pacifica Minivan;). There were 4 adults/4 large pieces of luggage/4 over stuffed backpacks. We were extremely pleased with the cargo room the minivan offered. We dropped our vehicle off 13 hours later, at the Enterprise return, at our local airport. The communication with Enterprise in Sanford via text, was an added perk. Our bill arrived via email several days later and was significantly higher than we had anticipated. I called the 1-800 Enterprise number...the only negative to the experience. I like to talk to someone quickly, not go through prompt after prompt. I did finally reach a representative (Mia/Natasha) who submitted the discrepancy to the Sanford location via email. Within 24 hours, I received a telephone call from the MGM, Pierson and the issue was resolved. We were charged only for one day, as the initial rental was for 2 days, due to the unpredictable, inclement weather. We were extremely pleased with the service we received during this process. We also had the opportunity to meet and speak with Pierson during our initial visit in Sanford. These two people, went above and beyond, to assist us during a stressful situation. We would most certainly use this facility again and would highly recommend both of them for rentals. Top notch service! Extremely impressed and satisfied!”

“I was rear ended the other day and was given the choice of obtaining a rental vehicle from either Enterprise or Hertz. I ended up deciding on Enterprise. I went to the Winter Park location. Everyone was so helpful and courteous, from the phone call confirming that I will be renting to the rental process. Robbie, the manager was so helpful in helping me pick a car. I did end up bringing the vehicle back as it was too large. They found one for me that would fit my needs without any hassles. Brandon explained the car to me, topped the gas off and was so kind and pleasant. He made my experience great under the circumstances. Would definitely recommend this Enterprise!!”
“Convenient location near major car dealerships (I rented while my vehicle was being serviced). Unfortunately, I did have to wait over an hour for a rental car to be returned and cleaned. That said, Tyler B did a great job keeping me updated, which helped ease the wait. During that time I watched him pleasantly greet others and give them that same attention. “My recent escapade with Car Rental Orlando Executive Airport was another one for the books! You know, like those books you don't mind reading over and over again. The ride was so clean, it could've passed for a germaphobe's dream home. And get this, I got a call from them the next day, probably checking if the car and I were now best buds.Now, dropping off the ride after hours was smoother than a buttered slide. I even got a follow-up call the next day – they were so concerned about my experience that they practically adopted me.
