“We had a great experience with Escape Campervans. My boyfriend and I used the van for a camping trip and took our dog. The van was spacious and very comfortable for sleeping. Ashleigh at the Orlando pick up/drop off location was awesome and even took the time to share photos of our puppers! Others complimented the van’s cool design, which we enjoyed as well. The van ran well and had no mechanical issues. We would definitely rent from them again!”

“I had an AMAZING experience with this location. Derron is extraordinary! I had to get a vehicle last minute due to mine being in the shop. I had a reservation through my warranty company but I was told they didn’t have any vehicles available. I called about 5 minutes before closing and spoke with him and he went above and beyond in getting me into something right away and I only had to pay a little bit more so I was ok with that. From pickup to drop off He was great! I had to get another warranty reservation right after and I would have definitely given them my business but there was specifics involved with the next one. “We took a 15-day trip to Orlando and leaving Brazil, arriving in Ft Lauderdale Miami. The service via Whatsapp is very good, without a doubt it makes a difference in the car rental experience. Our group was 4 people and we opted for an SUV category vehicle.The car wasn't the best, but it met all our needs. But I feel obliged to talk about him too! We received a Dodge Journey that I believe is from 2017 or something close to it, I was unable to confirm this information. It was a car with some wear and tear, missing the headlight protection on one side, with some scratches and fabric seats. The car had an airbag warning on the dashboard that didn't go off and sometimes the injection light came on. I informed the staff via Whatsapp and as always they were friendly and helpful! On the positive side, the car was very clean, and internally there was no major wear and tear, it was a comfortable and spacious car!I chose to rent the car with them because of the ease, and in that regard it was very good, we got there already knowing the car, what it was, where it was! The language was not a problem for our group, but anyone who has traveled to the USA knows how annoying and insistent the rental company staff are when offering useless things when picking up the car.In my opinion, there is a lack of clarity when delivering the vehicle, in addition to the available options, they could also inform the year or pay more attention to customer requests.That said, I would do business with them again, in my analysis the positive points outweigh the negatives and therefore, I would rent the car again as we did not have any problems with the vehicle.”

“My recent escapade with Car Rental Orlando Executive Airport was another one for the books! You know, like those books you don't mind reading over and over again. The ride was so clean, it could've passed for a germaphobe's dream home. And get this, I got a call from them the next day, probably checking if the car and I were now best buds.Now, dropping off the ride after hours was smoother than a buttered slide. I even got a follow-up call the next day – they were so concerned about my experience that they practically adopted me. They also gave me a heads-up on my funds doing the hula dance back into my account. All in all, if car rentals were an Olympic sport, they would be winning gold in customer satisfaction! “Rental provided my insurance company after an accident. Their staff was very friendly, responsive, and made my experience stress free. Picked my up from the body shop and dropped my off there when my vehicle was ready. The manager could tell I originally wasn't enthusiastic about the Ford Edge they arranged for me and gave me his direct line to call him and exchange it for another vehicle if I didn't like it after one day. I ended up using that vehicle the entire rental period; returning it and checking it in for inspection was also seamless and convenient.”
