“John L. was extremely helpful and went above and beyond checking for a possible breach to my account in which I got a weird phone call possibly spoofing addition finances number. The man on the phone that I was speaking to was extremely pushy even though I told him that I was at a doctor's appointment and that I would go to the bank myself and he still was being pushy I finally had to hang up. John L. Said that no one should have been that pussy and would definitely tell someone to go to the bank and take care of it if they felt more comfortable.
