“Its been 7 years since my first 2-star review for this store. I gave 2-stars because they actually charged me for a strip of tape to close a box. Out of 3 UPS stores I visited, this was the only store that charged. Granted it was only $1.00 I think, but come on... charging for a strip of tape?
Anyway, Im updating my review because I've been here many dozens of times throughout the years and speed is greater than being charged for tape. 99% of the time I'm in and out in under a couple of minutes when dropping off an Amazon return. Only time there may be a wait is if there is a line, but it moves quickly enough.
I still say shame on you for charging me for a strip of tape, but at this point I think you've earned 3 additional stars.”

“I've found that typically, if I go into a store of this nature with an open mind and just committed to the process of waiting to be served and having my package sent off or a copy made.. things go smoothly. Being in a hurry just causes undue stress and worry. Seemed like the lady working g thus afternoon handled the 5 person que to the register with precision. Took maybe 8 min for my turn.. bada Bing .. I was outta there”
