This is a locally mom and pop owned franchise. The few times i've been there staff is kinda rude and unhelpful.

Always receive exceptionally bad service at this UPS location. Employees tend to be rude and dismissive, but today the man behind the counter was particularly bad. Because if him alone, I will never be coming back here. Additionally, packages that come to me through this location arrive damaged and there is never any type of apology offered and I’ve had to have many items re delivered because of this. One time I missed a delivery for an item because I was not home and there was no attempted redelivery the next day like the note on the door promised. When I went in to the store to collect my package they could not even locate it and I had to go back another day. I work in customer service, so I’m very confused as to how a corporate business like this has allowed a store to operate this poorly for so long.

Really appreciate service provided by Dylan white. He worked and help us to do notary and post the document after store hours.
He was very patient and was very helpful to complete documentation after store hours.
It was really amazing experience. Excellent customer service.

Avoid this location if possible! They try to upcharge you and you have to stand your ground every single time. I went one morning to ship a DVD. I had to repeat myself over and over again "lowest price, slowest time, no tracking." It was 2.22. Went later in the day to ship another DVD and said the same thing. She said she "couldn't" get it lower then $4.XX. I told her I was there earlier and she only charged me $2.22 for a DVD so why would this one be different?? She stood her ground and said it will be $4 because of the weight. I said the one earlier had the same weight and stood my ground. Then she acted like there was a problem with the computer and switched to the other one and of course it ended up being $2. Another time I had a guy who asked me TWICE if I wanted tracking and both times I said NO. He rang it up and it seemed pretty high for a smaller item and when I got to my car and looked at the receipt of course he charged me for tracking. You have to watch every dime here because they WILL send it the fastest most expensive way with tracking even if you repeat that you don't want it that way. It's a shame you have to stand your ground every single visit. Clearly they don't have the costumer in mind.

Today we found ourselves in emergency need of a notary at 2:45 pm. The first UPS store we called didn't have a notary today so I called this store and spoke with Dylan White. He said he would be happy to help us and would be there until 3 pm. We started rushing in his direction but was met by horrific traffic. I tried another store hoping maybe it would be open later, but their notary wasn't there either. So I called Dylan back and explained we would probably be 3:05 getting there could he please wait for us. He told me not to worry he would wait and got our names. When we arrived, he unlocked the store and continued to provide above and beyond service for the next 30 minutes! I just can't express enough how much we appreciate him! He's a true credit to UPS Store!!!!!!!
