Bank of America is a financial institution offering drive-thru services. The branch can be very busy, and appointments are recommended. The staff provides exceptional and outstanding customer service. In one instance, a client arrived late to wire money for a real estate transaction without an appointment. Despite it being near closing time, the manager personally ensured the wire transfer was completed, staying late to verify the transaction went through. This exceptional service alleviated a considerable amount of stress for the client. However, some visits for account changes can result in a much longer stay than expected due to ineffective online tools used by the staff. For safety, the business has enhanced cleaning procedures based on CDC guidelines and follows local restrictions on client numbers. Hours may be temporarily modified, so checking the Mobile App or website for current hours and services is advised.
I'm changing my review. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning and got right in, a Jada was awesome. My advice, do not go in on a Monday and make an appointment online.

One overworked teller while other employees stand around doing nothing on a busy Saturday morning. Friendly and otherwise no complaints.
