My son and I were visiting friends in the area and did a drop-in class. Coach John was super welcoming as were the other class members. We had a great time. Definitely recommend this gym!

Home away from home [gym]! Dropped by here for a week over vacation and cannot wait to go back next year! Even hit a PR! Cannot say enough about how friendly everyone is. Equipment is clean. This place is great! If you’re looking for a drop in or even a new gym in this area- look no further!

I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Very professional and welcoming environment. Coaches are top notch and fellow members are very friendly and supportive. This is the preimere CrossFit box in the area!
