He patiently and calmly addressed the frozen phone crisis while cautioning that he might not be able to solve the problem. After just a few attempts he was able to get the phone to finally accept and end calls, thank heavens! His demeanor and his skill saved my anniversary vacation. “Finally decided to break down and replace my iPhone 12 with the iPhone 15. Came into the store and the representative was working diligently to help the customer ahead of me. I didn’t have to wait long. Gabriel was helpful about my options and made the transfer so simple and seamless. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
