I don’t usually give reviews but I was fortunate enough to be helped by Rondreka when my husband and I went into the store.
We were setting up our internet service. She recommended a plan for us which we wouldn’t have chosen on our own. She explained all the benefits in a non pushy manner. She was all around helpful, kind and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to meet her and have her assist us!!

I want to highly commend one of your employees. Hunter is the very best. I'm 65 and do not do well with technology. No matter what my issue is he has always been able to help with whatever I need. Customer service has nose dived in the past 20 years compared to what it use to be. This is NOT the case with Hunter.
The Fernandina Bch. store is very lucky to have this young man.
