Jacob at the Fernandina Beach, FL location was absolutely awesome. He excelled at helping my 84 year old mom. He was so patient. He explained the options and packages. She ended up switching to xfinity for cell service, saving her 2000 dollars a year.

Went in to pick up new equipment and left with my bill even lower than originally expected. Jakobe is a wizard and I'm not sure what kind of sorcery he did, but I definitely appreciate the major savings!
