Patiently offering solutions and letting us try different options. They even came to the house to look at the entrances and ordered multiple ramps for us to try out. When my mother-in-law's walker was lost by the airline Pat offered us a loaner until it was replaced. He never asked how long we'd need it. He just knew she needed it and immediately helped us.
