“Had nothing to do with purchases but the manager and staff went above and beyond when a young lady's car broke down in the turn lane at Granada and Nova Road. She had called Triple A but was afraid because she had her baby in the car with her and even though she had flashers on, cars were still rude. Didn't have my phone and your Mgr and employee came out to assist the situation to help. It seemed someone did show and was helping but I just want to thank and praise your people for stepping up to help....not many of this type anymore! A big 10 stars to these special people!!!!”
“Finally found an amazing pharmacist there that explained some things to me and he does not treat me like a drug attic like. All the other cvs pharmacists I’ve dealt with. I wish I knew his name but hr is kinda tall stocky looking guy but amazing man finally a pharmacist with respects and shows compassion to recovering attics .Thank you sir I will get your name next time I’m in there and call and tell them how mazing you are because I called corporate on 2 of them that treated me like crap caught them in lies so they would make me wait a extra day .Thank you sir for explaining to me about my meds”
“I love this pharmacy and, this is why....my prescribing physician retired, I have not seen another MD to prescribe my medication as I had run out of doses of a daily medication. This pharmacy faxed my new physician 4 times! without a response! I requested that they contact a specialist MD who might continue with this prescription and, within 12 hours, my medication was ready for pick-up! They are efficient, competent, and, and professional all of the time and, they consistently assist me whenever I need help! Very excellent!Andy in Ormond”

“The ABSOLUTE BEST pharmacy for customer service! I have experienced one giant headache with a particular medication, from nationwide shortages to being switched to multiple, similar medications as a result. I usually fill at Walgreens on E. Granda (over 10 ys) and they have made this shortage sooooo difficult. So I decided to try Publix, BEST DECISION!!! EVERY time I called to ask questions they were incredibly knowledgable and oh so very patient. They spent much time on the phone with the me, answering all my questions, working VERY hard to get my insurance verified! Especially Angela .....She is the BEST! If you are unhappy with your pharmacy, I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!!!!”

Shout out to James who was very patient with trying to get my insurance to work and showed me the Walgreens Rx Sense tool when it wouldn’t! I was going to winn dixie and they actually closed the pharmacy there and started sending my prescriptions to cvs and I was a little worried changing to a new pharmacy. But now im so glad they switched me to CVS. They are always polite and always communicate to me about when i can pick up my prescriptions or if an issue occurs. So thank you to the whole team there. “I hope this review gets noticed by the management team at this location, because I have to send a massive thank you to Tammy! The other night I was in the area for a work event and upon traveling to the second location, my phone died and I had no gps to direct me. I knew the place I was heading was near this Walgreens, but after driving around unable to find it, I stopped at just to buy a charger. I was having a bad day, and I was extremely stressed since I was supposed to get to the next location early to get our group situated. So naturally, having my phone die and getting lost only amplified my bad day. Tammy immediately greeted me and pointed me towards multiple locations in the store I could find a charger. Then, while I checked out, she allowed me to plug my phone in, and then even pointed out where the second location was! She really went above and beyond in her service and was such a hero for me. I instantly felt so much better just from her simple acts of kindness. She did not have to care or offer any help other than at checkout, but instead she was so sweet and informative.
