“I love this pharmacy and, this is why....my prescribing physician retired, I have not seen another MD to prescribe my medication as I had run out of doses of a daily medication. This pharmacy faxed my new physician 4 times! without a response! I requested that they contact a specialist MD who might continue with this prescription and, within 12 hours, my medication was ready for pick-up! They are efficient, competent, and, and professional all of the time and, they consistently assist me whenever I need help! Very excellent!Andy in Ormond”
“When we lived in Ormond Beach, we used to use this Walgreens a lot. Since we moved, we rarely get back there but tonight we needed to get a photo made of one of our granddaughters. As we were plugging in my wife’s phone a young man named Shane walked over to help us. He was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it quickly and efficiently and asked all the Wright questions. He helped us through the process and after the picture was printed, he actually brought it to us in the back of the store where we were shopping rather than us having to come back up to the photo area. This customer service was exceptional in every way and we really appreciated his help. Thank you, Shane, and we will make sure to call before we ever come to the store so that we can work with you in the photo area.”

“Well, this store is once again shockable. There was a time when a fairly short African-American clerk works there which made it impossible to shop at that location. He was so rude. He filed every right person oh and did I mention that he was so rude? I feel he may be gone because the last few times I went in now there has been a friendliest most professional employees named Jeanette and Alex. They were knowledgeable. They were patients and they made me like CVS again. Unfortunately, I was shopping for a lot of stuff so I actually kept them five minutes over, but since I was spending like 200+ dollars, they were friendly as heck and just worked with me and let me shop. They are model employees and I’m gonna say their name again so the corporate can know that Jeanette and Alex are in amazing employees!!”
