“Alex in the deli totally KILLS IT.. my pub sub is always correctly made and even when the deli is slammed he handles the work load with ease, courtesy and accuracy. If I place my order online I always request that Alex makes my sub if he is on shift. Alex is a hard worker and definitely exemplifies the Publix brand!”

“I have posted a few reviews on Publix. In the past, all great reviews. No exception with this one, the 1 thing that I find With the store is that no matter what you have for a question or what you have for a favor to ask of them , they will go out of their way to make it happen. Along with great customer service, as always, They usually most never run out of products that I am looking for to purchase. And most likely every one of them, including this 1. Will ask to bring your groceries out. Help you out at your car and return your cart and / or buggy back for you. Just exceptional service all the time. Which is the reason why I keep returning to publix.”
“Extremely helpful service. I asked one gentleman working in the produce section if that was the only area for his work. He asked me what I was looking for even though it wasn't produce. He went totally above and beyond to help me find pancetta, even though he had never heard of it. He searched the store, asking other employees if they had it. To no avail, he apologized and went back to work in his area. I wish I could remember his name. He should be employee of the month. While we were looking for the pancetta, another young male employee asked what we were looking for. He neither heard of it but joined the search. You just don't find help like that .”
“I love this pharmacy and, this is why....my prescribing physician retired, I have not seen another MD to prescribe my medication as I had run out of doses of a daily medication. This pharmacy faxed my new physician 4 times! without a response! I requested that they contact a specialist MD who might continue with this prescription and, within 12 hours, my medication was ready for pick-up! They are efficient, competent, and, and professional all of the time and, they consistently assist me whenever I need help! Very excellent!Andy in Ormond”
“The ABSOLUTE BEST pharmacy for customer service! I have experienced one giant headache with a particular medication, from nationwide shortages to being switched to multiple, similar medications as a result. I usually fill at Walgreens on E. Granda (over 10 ys) and they have made this shortage sooooo difficult. So I decided to try Publix, BEST DECISION!!! EVERY time I called to ask questions they were incredibly knowledgable and oh so very patient. They spent much time on the phone with the me, answering all my questions, working VERY hard to get my insurance verified! Especially Angela .....She is the BEST! If you are unhappy with your pharmacy, I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!!!!”

“This is currently my primary local grocery store. The products and prices here are typical of any major chain grocery store, however what stands out to me the most about this store is that the staff are pleasant and polite. I'm often greeted with a "hello" by a staff member when crossing them in an aisle or while browsing produce. And on several occasions, while shopping in the store, I have been asked unsolicited if I need help finding anything... Just old fashioned customer service which is unfortunately becoming a rarity.”

“I love me a Walgreens! The stores are always clean, and if you're a customer, you can use the always open restroom. The staff are always available and helpful. They're open late, which is great, if you don't want to go to a grocery store, but you need something now. There's an ATM in every Walgreens, tucked in a corner near the front of the store usually. But, my favorite thing about Walgreens is, you can get anything delivered, even prescription medications, thru Doordash! You have to download the app and order through there or go through the Walgreens website/app and choose delivery.”

“The Publix located in Ormond Beach is by far the best grocery store I have ever been in. When you walk in the store is immaculate. The staff always takes the time to greet you and they give off the vibe of that they genuinely care about their customers. The Pharmacy is top notch! they're efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I do not trust the care of my medication to anyone but the lovely pharmacist and Pharmacy stuff at Publix. on occasion, I have called to ask a question and I would get the most informational response without feeling as if I'm a bother or I have to rush. Every other pharmacy should take notes on yours because by far the best!!”

“I'm from South Carolina & NEVER been to Florida...Well many many years ago they closed all Winn-Dixie's down in our state...They had the best pimento cheese (besides my daddy's homemade pimento cheese) We went there last night (July 5, 2023) to get snacks & they had a brand (not Pepperidge Farm that I was looking for) so I bought a small container of the Grocer brand...When I got back to our condo & tasted it...Of my gosh it was the same pimento cheese just under a different name...So when I leave & head back to South Carolina I buying 2 more cartons to take home with me...Plus the staff was so very awesome helping us find everything...When I come back to Daytona Beach Winn-Dixie is where I will shop”
