Typically, dresses can take 6–8 months to ship, and when I had my appointment, my wedding was only 4 months away. Rachel personally reached out to the designer before I even purchased my dress to make sure getting it in time was possible. My dress arrived just 2 months after my appointment, and she continued to follow up with me and reassure me whenever I was worried.
When I was stressed about finding alterations in time, she even gave me a list of reputable alteration places.
