“Daniel at the Tailor Shop was amazing!! My son is going to be in the Camp I am Special Fashion Show this Saturday. I haven’t been to a tailor since we moved to Jacksonville and so was a complete walk-in off the street. Additionally, I wasn’t able to get in for tailoring for his suit until today- the Thursday before the the Saturday show. Daniel took us right away, and was so sweet and patient with my son, who had never had a fitting done before. He then proceeded to do all the tailoring work while we waited. When it was time to pay he wouldn’t take payment as this was for a charity function and even pre-tied his tie for him! I’m so glad I found him and want to highly recommend him to anyone who needs tailoring work done.P.S. His work was perfect!!”
“Heidee is a blessing! She altered my wedding dress beautifully and recommended things that made it easier to wear like swapping buttons for a zipper and adding hook options to bustle the dress and adding designs you’d think were already part of the dress!”
“My sister in law is getting married. We went to DMT Bridal to try on dresses. We had such a wonderful experience. I don't think it could of been any better. Lisa was incredible. Made the bride to be feel so special and so beautiful. Loved that it was all about the bride and not just DMT trying to make a sale. Lisa is a artist. This is not a pick a dress off the rack. “Alethia’s was super accommodating. Chose the dress I wanted from a book of options, had it ordered new, it took a week to arrive and then I rented it from them. Everything was done in a timely manner! They altered it perfectly to my body and my dress was lovely. Highly recommend!!!”
“The staff here are so incredible, they helped me soooo much with my prom dress and they were so so SO encouraging. I had a lady come help me pull some dresses and everytime I came out in one, her and the rest of the staff gathered around to encourage me and find out what I liked and what I didn’t and once they knew they kind of all went and pulled some things for me. All of the staff had their own compliments on the dresses I tried on and talked me up so much. It absolutely made my appointment. such pretty dresses and such a good variety.”

“Joy and Julie were lifesavers! I had my dress altered in Atlanta, where I am from, but the seamstress made promises that she couldn't fulfil at the last minute. I was incredibly sad that by wedding dress wasn't going to look as I hoped when purchasing it. Since I was getting married in Jacksonville, I thought I would try to find someone who could possibly help TWO days prior to my wedding. Joy was amazing! So kind, patient and honest with me, which I really appreciated! Julie worked so hard in making my dress the dress I originally hoped it would look like in two days. Most of all, I so appreciate the time they took to actually listen to me/my wants for my dress, which I feel is so rare! They helped make me feel as beautiful as I hoped I'd feel on my wedding day! “My experience dealing with Michael’s Formalwear and Bridal at the St. John town center was absolutely magnificent! After dealing with Men’s Wearhouse and how disorganized and inconsistent they have been, I was uncomfortable moving forward with them. I canceled my order with Men’s Wearhouse after speaking with Mike over the phone today. He was so professional, gave me all the information that I needed, and explained all the details thoroughly. Once I arrived at the store, Mike and Kennedy helped me decide on the perfect look for my bridal party, Made wonderful suggestions and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need or want. These are the real professionals! I would hands-down recommend Michael’s Formalwear! They have the latest styles and the prices are affordable! Five stars!!!!!”

“Nice selection, friendly staff. Only problem we had was after purchase was made they figured out that someone had already purchased the same dress at the same school so they wouldn't sell it to us. My daughter was kind of heartbroken but understand the policy. Simple mistake just wish they had checked closer before the fittings and purchase. Will be back.”

Immediately, Patricia helped me find a dress that went above and beyond my expectations. The entire ordeal was no less than magical, and I am beyond satisfied.
