“Daniel at the Tailor Shop was amazing!! My son is going to be in the Camp I am Special Fashion Show this Saturday. I haven’t been to a tailor since we moved to Jacksonville and so was a complete walk-in off the street. Additionally, I wasn’t able to get in for tailoring for his suit until today- the Thursday before the the Saturday show. Daniel took us right away, and was so sweet and patient with my son, who had never had a fitting done before. He then proceeded to do all the tailoring work while we waited. When it was time to pay he wouldn’t take payment as this was for a charity function and even pre-tied his tie for him! I’m so glad I found him and want to highly recommend him to anyone who needs tailoring work done.P.S. His work was perfect!!”

“The staff here are so incredible, they helped me soooo much with my prom dress and they were so so SO encouraging. I had a lady come help me pull some dresses and everytime I came out in one, her and the rest of the staff gathered around to encourage me and find out what I liked and what I didn’t and once they knew they kind of all went and pulled some things for me. All of the staff had their own compliments on the dresses I tried on and talked me up so much. It absolutely made my appointment. such pretty dresses and such a good variety.”

“Highly recommend this business and if I were ever in need of alterations, I would go back to this location in a heartbeat!! I was in desperate need of a fix of a previous alteration (done by another place) gone horribly wrong. I was traveling through JAX to go to the Caribbean to renew my wedding vowels and Alethia's Bridal came to my rescue with very limited time!! The previous alteration location I took my dress to chopped my dress at the bottom hem and made it waaayyy too short... I mean, it didn't even touch the ground without my heels on. Pressed for time and no longer wanting to work with the original alteration location, I took my dress somewhere else. I am so thankful God directed me to this location. They were kind, sweet, professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend them. Thank you Ms. Elesia, may the Lord continue to bless you for many years! Photos to follow!”

“My sister in law is getting married. We went to DMT Bridal to try on dresses. We had such a wonderful experience. I don't think it could of been any better. Lisa was incredible. Made the bride to be feel so special and so beautiful. Loved that it was all about the bride and not just DMT trying to make a sale. Lisa is a artist. This is not a pick a dress off the rack. “Joy and Julie were lifesavers! I had my dress altered in Atlanta, where I am from, but the seamstress made promises that she couldn't fulfil at the last minute. I was incredibly sad that by wedding dress wasn't going to look as I hoped when purchasing it. Since I was getting married in Jacksonville, I thought I would try to find someone who could possibly help TWO days prior to my wedding. Joy was amazing! So kind, patient and honest with me, which I really appreciated! Julie worked so hard in making my dress the dress I originally hoped it would look like in two days. Most of all, I so appreciate the time they took to actually listen to me/my wants for my dress, which I feel is so rare! They helped make me feel as beautiful as I hoped I'd feel on my wedding day! “DISASTER AVERTED!!! For the Superbowl I decided to wear my velvet harem pants because if I am going to be stuck watching football, at least I can be comfortable and look glamourous! Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived at the party my young daughter whispered to me, "Mama!!! Your....your pants have a hole!" I blanched and went to the bathroom to see what she was warning me about. Sure enough the entire BACKSIDE had split down the middle! EMBARASSMENT CITY! Not only did I have to borrow a pair of pants for the rest of the party, my favorite vacation pants were now ruined. I was ecstatic to see Heidee's Formals did alternations *and* repairs. Perhaps she could SAVE my pants! I had a delightful meeting with Heidee (her personality is so sunny and inviting) and she said she could help me. In less than an hour my velvet harem pants had been repaired and without any sign they had ever been ripped in the first place! She is a DREAM! I cannot recommend Heidee's Formals enough if you need any repair or alternation job! Now I can go back to looking glamourous and it's all thanks to Heidee!”

“Nice selection, friendly staff. Only problem we had was after purchase was made they figured out that someone had already purchased the same dress at the same school so they wouldn't sell it to us. My daughter was kind of heartbroken but understand the policy. Simple mistake just wish they had checked closer before the fittings and purchase. Will be back.”

“SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE-read on: We live in Illinois but we were visiting Florida for my husband's meeting. It was summer vacation and we were looking for a homecoming dress for my daughter for the fall. I read the reviews for Clelia's and some of them sort of turned me off. We decided to visit her shop anyway and we were glad we did!My daughter found a short homecoming dress that we both agreed on but it wasn't in her size. It was a size 2 and she needed a size 4. They were to going to order the correct size and mail it to us in Illinois. So we paid and left with no dress in hand. I was a little nervous about this, but the dress came on time. Unfortunately it was still too small. We mailed the dress back (we paid postage) after we spoke to them and they were going to order a size 6. Unfortunately the dress was no longer available in a size 6. The shop offered a couple options, either a different color or they could alter the dress. The did not charge for the alterations or to mail it back to us. They made the size 4 larger through the torso and added an adjustable corset. It fit great!Their customer service was above and beyond fantastic! They probably realize we live too far away to be a repeat customer but that didn't stop them from helping us and being nice about it. We are "nobodies" from another state but through all this we had Clelia's cell phone number and the other lady too. It took multiple phone calls and the dress went from Florida to Illinois to Florida and finally back to Illinois. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!!!”

“Had an awesome experience here with Michael’s Formalwear. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming smiles.I let the ladies/stylists know that I was shopping for my wedding, but a lot of the stores I visited prior were very expensive and (in my opinion) didn’t really consider what I wanted, only what was the most expensive.They informed me that they have suits that can be rented at an affordable price, and that definitely peaked my interest.One of the stylists walked over to me and (after asking very politely) measured me relatively quickly.I admit, I was a little nervous because she measured me rather quickly, but when I tried the suit on? Fit PERFECTLY.When the day came where I would pick my suit up, the manager herself (I think her name was Leslie?) took the time to review the suit with me to ensure I had everything.Not only was I able to rent a suit at a price that didn’t break my pockets, I still looked good and felt good in it.100% would recommend this location for those looking to rent/buy suits.”
