They are all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! What a difference I discovered when dealing with my dad’s Chase bank who was just downright awful and insensitive. Made me love my credit union even more. 100% grateful for this credit union and their employees. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is an understatement.”

“Lacking today with banks are the friendly hellos. The warm greetings and family atmosphere. Not with the Community First Credit Union on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville. The first day I entered Community First Credit Union I was greeted with a friendly hello by Branch Manager Ericka L Would. Ericka asked me how she could help me and I said I wanted to open a savings and checking account. She immediately introduced me to Debbie. Debbie spent over two hours getting all the prerequisites in order for me to open an account with Community First Credit Union. Working in unison with Donna, Melanie, Melissa,and Amparo, the whole staff of Community First Credit Union. I had a checking, savings account, and a new debit card in less than a couple of hours. I felt I was in a mom and pops grocery store where every one knew every one and was treated like a member of a family. What a refreshing experience for a change, especially with a bank. You are not just a number here, you are someone who they consider a good friend and are always happy to see you. “Every time I've been to this bank, I've been in and out very quick. The customer service experience is excellent and it's very neat and clean inside. I will say that I really don't care for the parking lot too much but since they're not too busy it hasn't been a big problem. Just not a lot of spaces and when you have to use the ATM, the back area isa little confusing as to how and where you should try to get out of there. The last time I was there, the ATM wasn't working right and I had to go inside but had to park behind the building and there's only the entrance in the front so it's not a convenient trek from there. Otherwise, they do everything else very well.”

“They've renovated the inside so it's a lot nicer. People have been nicer compared to my previous visits. They fixed the drive thru ATM lights so it's not dark during night time anymore. Jazz was able to help me with my auto loan and answered all of my questions and concerns. It sucks they got rid of the drive thru tubes. Overall very good experience”

While they do have a convenient drive-thru, I usually park and go inside. The wait times are minimal, and the comfy seating makes any wait a breeze. Overall, it's a great experience every time.”
