“I was having a senior moment and needed some help and guidance. The Assistant Branch Manager, Amanda Verrasse, fixed my problem. I thank her for her patience and help.”

“I love this bank branch! The staff is fantastic – friendly, professional, and they always recognize me. They've been incredibly helpful whenever I've had a banking question or issue. While they do have a convenient drive-thru, I usually park and go inside. The wait times are minimal, and the comfy seating makes any wait a breeze. Overall, it's a great experience every time.”

“As usual it’s a 45 min phone call with to customer service for them to call the branch and ask the extremely easy question instead of having an actual phone at the branch that customers can call. Other than that, great branch with friendly service”

“This is hands down the Best Bank in Fleming Island! The friendly service is amazing. They actually know my name when I walk in. Special thanks and recognition must go out to Michelle and Kali. I have had many other banks in my life, but PNC comes out the Best for me. I highly recommend them. Well done!!!!?”

“Arrived at 11:40 and was out by 11:44. I was assisted by Da’ron A, cashbox #04. Da’ron was fast and efficient not to mention very down to earth and very personable which I can rate as white glove service. He’s a well rounded respectful guy with a nice smile what more can you ask for in an associate. He deserves a raise. Thank you for making today’s experience fast and easy!”
