“I've closed several transactions at Title America, they are very knowledgeable.and helpful. I've checked pricing around town and they have very fair prices for closings. When things started to go south for our closing due to title issues, the title agent even reached out to lien holders and was able to get things cleared up and completely saved the closing. I would say they went above and beyond to help us get through it. One of the things that stood out to me was the environment!! When you walk in the front door. You are almost always greeted by a receptionist, there are refreshments and I'm pretty sure they have fresh baked cookies out every day.
