“I took my Jeep in Mavis for a front end alignment. The service far exceeded my expectations. There was a short wait as they were finishing up aligning another vehicle. I was a walk in without an appointment. The Manager took care of the paperwork and quoted me a very reasonable estimate of price. They put my Jeep on the rack and backed it off in only a few minuets. I thought since it had a lift kit they were going to tell me they couldn’t perform the alignment. They told me the alignment was good and did not need adjustment. There would be no charge. So happy I went to Mavis on Blanding Orange Pafk. Great people great service. Take your car or truck to Mavis Tire.”
“I didn't get an oil change here. My teenage daughter had gotten a flat tire the night before and had to leave her car in Jiffy Lubes parking lot. The next morning when I arrived, I walked over to the guys, who were already greeting me, and explained that my husband was on the way to put the spare on. The gentleman I was speaking with couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful. He even helped my husband with the spare. I really appreciate and respect businesses with these type of employees, who are just good kind people willing to help out. I'll be bringing our vehicles here for their next oil change for sure! “Imagine this just moved to new city only been here a few days and 3:00pm on a Saturday and the next day you are driving 5 hours to leave for a cruise and your car is making a never heard before funny noise. Luckily Tuffy CARED! They were super busy but treated us like we were their most valued customer. Gave the car a complete head to toe check and could not find anything wrong. They WOULD NOT take any payment for their service. They will now have a forever customer. (Car stopped making funny noise about 1 hour into drive ?♀️)”

“Words cannot express my appreciation for the people who work at this Mavis location! Robbie, Neftali and Victor went above and beyond to make sure I went home with my car on a Sunday before a holiday! It was a day to remember when my tire blew out so I had to have it towed in late afternoon a little after 4pm. Not only did 2 tires need replacing, but there was issue after issue. They could have send me home and I wouldn’t have had my car until that Tuesday but they worked later than closing and extra hard to make sure I wouldn’t have to go without a car. They absolutely made an impossible situation for me a lot less impossible. I will be returning to this location for all of my car needs! I recommend them to the fullest. If you want people you can trust that will make sure you are safe in your vehicle and will work hard to get your vehicle fixed, this is where you need to be! I cannot thank them enough!”
“As usual the staff is informative, polite and thorough. They checked the cabin filter suggesting I should consider changing it in the near future not necessarily today but with the pollen season coming I may want to change it for sure. They topped off the windshield wiper fluid and suggested the wipers are wearing and I may want to change in the future as well. I did not feel I was being pressured so I will definitely come back to address both issues.”
