“Took car to get oil change and tire rotation. Got home and checked tires. They forgot to rotate the tires. Manager call and apologized and made it right. Turns out they had issues finding the lug lock. Chris is the best!”

“I had a great experience at this auto repair shop when my car started vibrating while braking at higher speeds. I went there because I wanted to fix the issue before it became a safety problem. The mechanic carefully inspected the brake discs and suspension system step by step. After a detailed check, they found uneven brake discs causing the vibration. I appreciated that they explained everything in a very simple way so I could easily understand the issue. They repaired it efficiently and tested everything properly before returning the car. After the service, braking feels smooth and stable again. The whole experience felt honest, professional, and very focused on safety.”

“I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been interacting with the RPM Automotive Team for years. Each time I’m blown away by their ability to identify the issue and quickly come to a resolution at a FAIR price. Don’t get me wrong…they are not going to be your cheapest option, because their work is flawless, but they will work with you and do the job right the first time. I recently made the worst purchase of my life with the purchase of a certified used Lincoln MKC. This thing is a piece of crap. Thought it was hopeless. Steve and the Team at RPM made it suck less. Do yourself a favor, go to RPM Automotive.”
