“Excellent experience with this storage facility and their office staff. Facility is always clean, gated, safe, and well lit. Temperature in the facility is always ambient no matter how hot or cold outside the building which is a major factor and a definite plus in light of the ever changing Florida weather. Staff is always willing and ready to assist with any concerns. Faran in the office is awesome and patient. Her approach with clients and willingness to listen to customer needs is carefully measured and balanced with an equal measure of diligence in finding solutions that work which is really appreciated whenever help is needed. Restrooms have always been spotless and well maintained which is always great. Access to storage units are well guarded and provide customers with peace of mind knowing an individual will need to enter access codes at two different areas of the facility to gain access to any storage unit buildings. Personally speaking having the flexibility to visit even after hours as a female I feel quite safe and secure and late night access is a highlight with my busy schedule . I’ve been storing here for two years and highly recommend this location and their phenomenal staff for any storage needs.”
