“So far so good. The lanes between units are very thin and turns are tight. My personal unit is in a very bad location (dead end) so if I bring my trailer in I have to back in or back out. Not a good idea either way. Honestly, if opt for an easier accessable unit if it didn't require paying for 2 units temporarily and having to move everything.”

“I love CubeSmart. It's easy to get into and climate control. My son passed away and he lived in Dallas so I had to move everything from Dallas to Jacksonville. I needed a place to store his things and furniture until decided what to do with them.
The associate Amber that helped me was very knowledgeable and very professional. She was very passionate about her job and very caring about me as a customer. If I had to rent a storage unit again I would do CubeSmart on San Juan Avenue in Jacksonville all over again.”

“Do not come to the location at 8539 western way with a large moving truck to load or unlock your items in your storage unit as you won’t hardly even get it. This is a Temu, SHEIN, and Tik Tok pickup location for delivery people and the place is absolutely packed with vehicles and boxes and boxes of packages that are being distributed. Wait till the middle of the afternoon and you should be fine. Like the secure gate and secure climate controlled building. Also was very easy to rent and the staff was good.”
