The manager was very thorough, explaining everything clearly so I could easily understand what was going on with my car. I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received. Even though I was having a rough day, the other representatives were so friendly and helpful, and they managed to turn my day around by making me laugh. The website makes it easier to find and purchase the right tires. If you do not use the website the service personnel is highly knowledgeable and will get you what you need. If you order tires and there is a delay, they will let you know right away. If there is a shipment issue with the tires you ordered, they will find tire that match what you purchased. I cannot say enough good things about this place.”
