“I waited after my 4th or 5th repair to leave a review so I'd have a good amount of experience with the business. I almost want to gatekeep this review, but they deserve the recognition and praise. Tino and Gabriel are reliable, trustworthy, and straightforward. I had been to multiple shops before finding Tino's Auto Repair and I was feeling frustrated, disrespected, and scammed coming from those other experiences. I'm the kind of customer that sticks with one mechanic for LIFE once I find one I like. My previous mechanic tragically passed unexpectedly and I found myself on the hunt for help right before a road trip. After FOUR other shops (including Tire Kingdom), Tino was the only one to tell (and show) me that my tires needed to be changed. So far, I've only seen Tino & Gabriel working at the shop, and yet, they work so quickly. My last oil change was done in about 15 - 20 minutes, rotors resurfaced and brake pads changed in maybe an hour and a half? For a tiny shop, that's awesome. The prices are competitive and Tino works with you to figure out issues. Today, I had to leave my car at the shop for the entire day to address multiple issues and I was struggling to communicate with my "less than perfect" spanish to get my Uber driver to where I was. Gabriel stopped what he was doing to help me translate.
