“I have been to this location before but it's been a while since I have been back. Mostly due to having a newer car. My brother in Dec 2023 needed to service his Lexus GX, which was having coolant leaking problems. Ivan gave us a quote and we accepted it. He and his team exceeded our expectation (got the truck done ahead of time) and my brother drove his Lexus from Miami back to his home in Syracuse, NY. He was happy to report no problem at all. He was very happy and impressed with Ivan and his team. A day later my moms 2006 Honda Ridgeline having 215,000 original 1 owner miles on it was in need of major internal engine work, i.e. leaking gasket, oil loss, the 2nd timing belt needing to be replaced, oil pump and the whole works. Ivan and his team completed the job on time and as scheduled. We were super happy with the work on both vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

If you have suspension issues which prevent you from getting your car aligned, Ken sends advises you to have it repaired and come back after the repair is complete. At the risk of losing a client, this model of business has gained a devoted following. Ken’s clients come back and won’t have their car aligned anywhere else. He doesn’t make any money unless you align your car, yet he sends you to have it fixed, knowing full well that you may not come back. Yet Ken’s customers continue to come back in droves. He’s built a loyal following because they see the value in his honest assessment of the suspension repair. I have a modified suspension so it’s important that an experienced, knowledgeable suspension expert to align my car. I won’t go anywhere else unless it’s an emergency. The only problem with the Alignment Factory is that due to his loyal following, you can only make an appointment on the same day at 7:00 am. You can rarely do a walk in because his schedule is usually booked.”

“I was recommended to MPI by Apex Alignment. My 2021 BMW X5 has 22" OEM wheels and I was looking for a shop that would install the new tires with care and had the right machine to mount them correctly. They use a Hunter tire changer, and very important as well, a Hunter Road Force wheel balancer. I'm purchasing my car soon when lease ends and MPI will be where I take the car for oil changes, and any other maintenance needed. To top it off they recomended me a 3rd party extended warranty that was less expensive and covers longer than BMW's extended warranty. In great hands here, thanks!”
