“Chase Bank is accessible and the staff is very helpful. Parking is right in front. Always plenty of parking making it easy to get in and out in a jiffy. There is card access for the after hours lobby for the ATM machine. They have regular business hours and have a very nice seating area for talking to agents.”

I walked in and immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile from Yaniset (the store manager) she introduced herself to me and shook my hand. She was extremely professional, kind and welcoming. She was ready and willing to help in any way she could! What an amazing attitude that you NEVER see anymore these days! I was incredibly impressed! Treatment I have NEVER received at any other Bank of America nor bank in general! The wait was not bad at all for a Friday and everyone there was so helpful and friendly! I have never been treated with such warmth and professionalism at a bank before so I had to make it a point to leave a review!”
