“I went to a Regions in Homestead on Monday to open a business account. I had just left another local bank who didn't have an appointment to open an account for another week! The Regions associate took me in immediately. The process was perfect from start to finish. No lines, no waiting...courteous , friendly , efficient service...Leydiana and her trainee, whose name I can't recall unfortunately, made me feel right at home and went above and beyond the call of the duty to facilitate this process. “This Chase branch is without a doubt the best, I have 2 Chase banks near my house in Florida City and whenever you need to resolve something on Saturday they can never assist you and they tell you that if it is not by appointment they will not assist you and they will not do nothing to help, however here they always solve you and treat you so well that you are very happy with this bank, I recommend it.”

“I went to this branch of TD Bank do get some money orders and cashiers check, came last minute since I thought the bank closes at 6pm but actually that day will close 5pm.Victoria the teller assisted my needs and get my requests done despite of being there last minute.Very accommodating, although I felt bad coming so late- she really did a great job on assisting me still. This branch is lucky to have her. Victoria went above and beyond on assisting my needs. Very professional and onows what she was doing.”

“I had a great experience at Truist bank. I was hesitant to go there based on the reviews I read. I am glad I did go. The bankers welcomed me, they attempted to assist, however I had to see a banker. I was assisted by the manager, he was professional, kind and assisted me with all of my matters. The time spent there was as expected for my transactions. I found a new bank and it’s near my home. My experience was totally different than the reviews posted. I rate my experience a 5.”
