The sales person and manager were very knowledgeable in the features of the mattresses and help me to decipher my own needs. It’s a big decision when that mattress is what will determine your sleep. No pressure to buy but they invited me back as often as necessary until I made up my mind. I also have neck issues and I tried out a few pillows that they thought would be ideal. Really enjoyed the shopping experience.”
