“Remember this face and name "Shettleton" the next time you want the best customer service and cuts of meat. Pinecrest Milam's was my fourth and final stop after visiting and calling three other butchers. I was either told they did not have a small size of brisket or tried to sell me on another cut of meat altogether. Frustrated, I headed over to Milam's. They have everything and are always helpful. As soon as I walked up to meat counter, I was politely greeted by Shettleon. He listened patiently and asked all the right questions. I described exactly what I had in mind. He asked me to give him a moment. When he returned, in his hands was the most beautiful brisket. The size and description were exact as though I had showed him a picture. He is wonderful. :). Thank you also to the gentleman waiting in line for his helpful cooking tips.”

“I call it my Publix, I like the meat department and vegetables, easy to walk and find what I’m looking for, the guys that work there are very nice and helpful. The international department a little poor and the cheese department as well. Bread had become a disaster, I used to love it, but since now it’s biological engineered, it is the end for me. Beer and liquor it’s ok, deli department needs to be more tidy. Some of the cashiers are very nice, some are not so. In general it’s a good place, some prices are very high others are moderate.”

“If you are looking for a replacement for Publix go elsewhere. The place is older but they do have all the existential.Lots of fruits, vegetable and meat options. This is the one place you will find organ meats, hearts livers, pigs feet and bulk meats as well.Prices are better than Publix but you will not get the ambience.They also have a good variety of cafeteria food as well.To me it's worth it just for the specialty meats.”

“I recently visited the store from out of town and had an unfortunate situation where I lost my car rental keys. The managers and staff went above and beyond to help me. They were able to watch the video to confirm I had my keys and help me retrace my steps. The staff looked through every single flower bunch as I spent most of my time in the flower section. They even went as far as getting on the floors and shining flashlights to see if they could find the keys. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to find the keys but I am beyond grateful for the time and effort the staff put in to help me. Thank You Publix Staff!”

“I recently reached out to Sprouts about a product I had an issue with, and the general manager (I believe his name was Austin) went above and beyond to help me resolve it, even though the problem turned out to be on the manufacturing side.
I sincerely appreciated Austin's professionalism and genuine willingness to help. I can sometimes be a tough critic, but I left the store impressed by the level of care and service I received. Great service is sometimes tough to find nowadays, but this Sprouts really shines in that category.

“I have been to this new Aldi's near Burlington store i have been shopping there because it is closest store and I love that they have cashier's to ring us up as per the shopping carts it is cheap to put in a quarter is not a big deal and I have not seen any messes at this store it is very clean and beautiful and if one has to wait in line for a little it's worth it in my opinion you have good brands”
