Convenient location. Kind of dirty most times I've gone though, and there's always homeless people loitering in the parking lot or on the side of the building.
Beware at night if you're alone, the homeless people will ask you to buy them beer.

A well stocked 7-11 but mainly during day light hours I feel 100% safe. ( homeless beh for change or food at night)

Store had what we needed (soft drinks, chex mix) and we were on our way. Nothing stood out one way or the other. The only thing to watch out for are the vagrants hanging out outside the store.
