Service is professional, kind, and extremely friendly, with customers reporting being in and out quickly. The staff is very insightful and helpful, making many consider opening an account. According to reviews, negative feedback is not representative, as experiences here are consistently good compared to other financial institutions.

Erika Romero is absolutely amazing, she was incredibly professional and communicative since day one starting the account. I opened a business checking account with another firm that starts with B and ends in A and let’s just say it has been a nightmare compared to dealing with Amerant bank (Erika)
