The moment I entered, well the door was open by a lovely lady with a great smile greeting me to the branch! This was the first amazing part, secondly I was assisted by Sandra the senior banker, to sort the debit card replacement.
I have to say what a very professional experience to have dealt with Sandra who assisted me and arranged all the things I needed swiftly, professionally and with a great smile.

“It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. “I rarely have a need to go into the bank these days, but this location is always the most convenient. I have banked with Truist (BB & T) for decades! The wait times have always been reasonable and each employee seems very interested in providing good customer service.
This week I had to accomplish two transactions; cashing a check from another bank and obtaining printed bank statements for the past 6 months. Alexandra is the banker who took care of me; she had just come in the front door and immediately called me to the service window without a second of delay! After cashing the check without any issue/concerns; she suggested I take a seat while she printed the statements. I wasn't in a hurry at all, but I don't think it took her 3 minutes!! She even brought the copies out to me in the lobby waiting area rather than call me back up to her window and graciously asked me if I needed help with anything else. EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
