The AptivaRx company is fantastic. Customer service is Courteous and efficient. Reps have been friendly, informative and professional. Order handle on time and arrived in excellent condition. Packaging is superb with ice packs, foam and sheet. Rx needed refrigeration. Reps follow up with prescriber and shipped Libre 2 patches. They kept customer updated through the process with a call. Service is thorough, on the ball and very depend on them. COPD and other meds. Customer very pleased and the company never let them down.

    Just switched from Byram to Aptiva for diabetic GCM. Wow. They do what they are supposed to! I got my resupply comfortably a few days before I used up my current monitor. Byram, for whatever reason, always delivered the resupply a day or two after! my current monitor ended. Huge anxiety for this old diabetic. Thank you... read full comment
