“I was on vacation and going on a cruise that afternoon when I realized that I did not have all the parts for my CPAP equipment. I saw this company online and read the previous reviews which prompted me to call the company.
I spoke with Ingrid and explained what I needed. She checked if they had what I needed and she said they had it in stock.
When I got there I met Ingrid and her boss and they went out of their way to insure I had everything I needed.
They saved our vacation as I would have been unable to use my CPAP for 2 weeks. That would have been a real disaster and not good for my health.

“I needed a wheelchair and one day later a high quality chair was delivered. The entire process was one of the smoothest processes I’ve encountered! I must acknowledge the two people who both went above and beyond to assist me. First we spoke with Sashra. She made sure my insurance was taken care of , not an easy task, and arranged for a special chair to be delivered. She was knowledgeable and she cared very much about getting my needs taken care of.
The next person I had the pleasure of meeting was Tray . Tray showed up early with the delivery. He was patient, kind and friendly. He knew everything about the equipment and he took his time teaching my husband and myself how to use the chair.

“I cannot say enough how happy I was with the service I received from Lincare in Ft. Lauderdale today. I have my mom visiting with me from the west coast of Florida and her oxygen machine went down. I called Lincare this morning and spoke with Crystal who was so Amazing and very helpful (she told me about the travel arrangements, which I was unaware of, so they could service her). I called her Lincare provider on the west coast and they send over the paper work direct to Ft. Lauderdale Lincare and by the time I call to check again with Crystal, she already had a service provider on his way. Bill was the service rep, who was very nice and efficient. He got my mother set up in no time with the new machine and fresh tubing. Crystal also let me know they have a 24 hour on call service, if I had any further problems. I am sorry if other people did not feel they received the best of service, but all I can say is THANK YOU for the amazing and information service.”
