“Hello, I liked it, it was good, except that the car I rented in Miami, when driving after 40 miles, the steering vibrated a lot, today I am with the car I rented in Orlando and when I get the car from 60 miles, the same thing happens, the steering vibrates but less than The Miami car, I think they should review the mechanical part (suspension) of the cars, otherwise it is very good so far.”

“First time renting from Sixt. Signed up online and prepaid. Had to check in at the desk. My experience with the desk assistant, Dixa, was above and beyond. Far better vehicle fleet than Hertz and substantially less expensive than the other vehicle rental agencies when I was comparing. I had extended my trip by a day and had to bring my hertz rental back to FLL or be charged an extra $238 (for one day!) for a Kia Niro for which I was already overcharged $100/day. Found someone else’s hertz ticket in the car from their rental from 2 days prior and they were charged $51/day for the same vehicle. There were plenty of available rentals when I returned the car, despite the site showing that they were sold out. I was given a BMW X5, brand new-ish, for 1/3 less than the original Hertz daily rate. Sixt will likely be my go-to at FLL from now on. Their fleet looked brand new.”

“Near Worst car rental service experience ever for over 40 years renting cars. Very poor follow up on promises made.
They make you feel like they are doing you a favor renting to you.
Customer is just an annoyance to them.
Upon returning car today the manager made up for the poor customer service of his assistant. So our advice is only deal with the manager at this location.”

“I've been storing my truck on and off here for the last 4 years. Gone up to 6 months at a time. Inside some and outside other times. The whole staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Never had an issue and they start my truck and move it around a little so its not sitting for 6 months, also arranging for it to be washed once a month and sending pics. And dropping me at the airport when I leave my truck.Try to find that service with any other company. Reading most of the bad reviews are a laugh. If they are out of the shop its for work dropping something/ someone off or picking something up and its never for long. Have a little patience!! Any experienced "yachty" would not get super upset that they spent 35.00 and their scooter wasn't perfect. Have a feeling most bad reviews come from jr. deckhands and jr. stews that just left their parents house on a far plane ride, ended up in FLL dayworking and have 500 dollars to their name. Thanks for the great service over the years, most people appreciate you guys!!”
