Fast service. The SIXT employee (apologies forgot his name) was friendly and professional. There was an issue in the car we were supposed to get when he went to check before we arrived so he upgraded us. Whole process was fantastic. No complaints.

THE Adam is so friendly and professional. Just on point with customer service. I thought he was the manager - he definitely carries himself like one! I'll be back for future rentals!
