  Been trying to reach someone, anyone at this branch for days, the phone just rings and rings.... Just once a teller picked up and said they would call me right back as they were with a customer ..have a simple request, can't get it done. Need to just switch to Wells Fargo across the street.

  I’ve been banking with Citibank for about 20 years and have always received such great customer service but this branch needs to have better customer service training with their employees especially Deigo Salazar.

  The worst customer service ever. I sat waiting for assistance from a banker after signing in. No one even acknowledged me. I was visible to everyone.
