Not very friendly I called before I came and was told to no come .... Showed up turns out I was right and did receive the funds I needed but horribly delt with... gross environment

WORSEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have went to this bank few timeas and ALWAYS is a pain to cash a check. They either request authorization for many people on their end and also the check emisor. Their system NEVER works and they NEVER EVER have cash enough to pay lets say 2k check. I dont even know how this bank exist.
