CrossFit Fort Lauderdale Powered by Muscle Farm is an official CrossFit affiliate offering fitness programs for all ages and skill levels. The facility is spacious and has everything needed for training, including open gym times. The coaching staff is described as fire, amazing, awesome, and very thorough, showing clear commitment. Coaches lead athletes through warm-ups, workouts, and accessory work with care. The atmosphere is considered the best in South Florida, with an amazing, friendly, and welcoming community. It is a great place for both WODs and weightlifting, perfect for learning to move weight the right way. The gym offers one free week of training for new residents. Visitors and drop-ins consistently report an outstanding experience and a desire to return.
I was there to see quarterly challenges and had a great time. Everyone is very friendly, after event snacks, interesting vendors with new products, and motivating environment.

Had a great experience working out at this gym. The coaches and the atmosphere are phenomenal and the equipment is all in great condition. I would recommend for anyone looking to join a good crossfit gym in Fort Lauderdale.
