I’ve been shopping at the Family Dollar on Griffin Road for a while now, and it’s consistently a great experience. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate—which makes quick trips for essentials super convenient.
What really stands out is the staff. They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist if you’re looking for something specific. On my last visit, I was in a rush and the cashier went above and beyond to help me check out quickly with a smile.
The prices are unbeatable, and I love finding surprise deals on everyday items. Whether I’m grabbing snacks, cleaning supplies, or seasonal goodies, this location never disappoints.

“The store is cheap and convenient, but usually only has one person tending the registers, so wait times are usually long. The store, in my opinion, is poorly maintained as the products on the shelves are haphazard. I’ve been to stores up north and those were immaculate. You can also blame it on the clientele also which I witnessed just shoving things around with no thought or consideration.”

“A quick shopping for a birthday balloons and birthday cards. Store was organized at this time only thing is...there's was only one cashier working...again! therefore long line is formed real quick...I don't remember her name but she was very polite and smiled. And yet I love this place!!!”

“I am a senior citizen and eating healthy is very important to me and other senjors. My experiences at Dollar Tree Stores are always great. However. There are items that are no longer there due to the $3 and $4 and $5 items. A lot of seniors like myself depend on shopping at Dollar Tree Stores due to our monthly budget. For instance: no more italian and regular meatballs and tall bottles of lemon juices and sherbet ice creams and various vegetables and chicken chilli and beans and can hardly find guacamole dip. “This is my go to spot for movie snacks and coffee... I'm on my 2nd pair of house slips and coffee but anyways the staff is a solid group of people and the place stocked up and in order. If there's a line it won't be long. Great people work at this location, they should get a raise... and paid vacation.

“Many times we think of Dollar stores for party items and inexpensive health and beauty items, but many do have a good size auto supply department.This particular Family Dollar had some spray lubricants for much less than you would find at Home Depot or even Walmart. This spray worked on a squeaky door the same as WD-40, for a fraction of the price.The store itself is not the most organized Family Dollar, but it had the basic dollar items.”
“The $1 price point of the Dollar Tree is no longer, but if you look closely there are some dollar stores where you can still find items for a buck.Family Dollar has spices for just $1. Which is cheaper than the same ones at Dollar Tree, so know your prices and check the size of the bottle to calculate the unit price, but for just a dollar, get some spices at Family Dollar....”
“I've been coming to this Dollar general since I moved the sunrise about 2 years ago. I know it's hard times right now but people need to learn how to be more patient and more understanding. Long story short man I'll probably go to a new Dollar general and spend my money now”
