Love the store and the merchandise they carry but they have the RUDESSSSSTTTTT “customer service” staff . If you guys don’t like your jobs go work at McDonald’s or something !

Came today to pick up shoes I ordered online. All 3 woman looked pissed. & when I called to make sure the shoe was ready to pick up. Person was rude & aggressive. Hung up before I can say anything.

Couldn't even walk into the door and was turned away 😅 I just wanted to buy some slides, went to the Walmart next door and got it for (what I'm assuming) cheaper. Not even worth getting through the door.
