They made the entire process easy and stress free, and I truly appreciate all of their help. Thank you both for the excellent customer service!”
“I have purchased my Carolina work boots here twice now. At first I was sad to hear that there was no storefront anymore. But Kyle took the time to meet me at their office to do a proper fitting of the new boot. He made sure I was completely satisfied before waking out the door. It seems so simple but good customer service is hard to come by these days and I really appreciate that and wish all the best for these guys.”
“I've had the pleasure of being attended by 2 beautiful young ladies ,I'm very proud to say that as a former manager, the staff was carefully chosen and well trained as to how to treat the customers. “Getting ready to board our cruise and my husband wanted a new pair of Hey Dudes! We did a search on google and found Flip Flop Zone. Walked in, was greeted and helped immediately. We got what we needed, along with a hot pink and blue duck shirt for our kids (which they will LOVE). Such a nice store!”
“No other uniform company, in my experience, drives customer service to such extraordinary levels. Is their product better? I don't know. For me, Chef's Coats run the gamut of economy to expensive. It's the customer service that makes the difference.”
