The store was very clean and tidy, and the team members were very kind. I went to the store with the order number, but they asked me for a different number which I didn't have at hand, but, with other data like my phone number and email address, they were able to find my copy and handed it to me without further issues.

I can't believe how helpful and patient the FedEx employees were with me. I needed help packing framed photos to ship. Lots of them. Judith helped me find the easiest, safest and least expensive way to package them. I am very grateful! I highly recommend and will use them whenever I need to package and ship in the future.
